President
Mark Balon joined Asset Engineering Management Systems as a founding partner and President in January of 2019. He works with national level clients and effectively delivers asset management services that meet needs and exceed expectations.
Mark Balon was a national asset manager for municipal, industrial, residential, commercial, retail and other facilities. He provides management, development, planning, design, construction and operations of facility assets in the planning, redevelopment, renovation and maintenance of existing buildings, water, sewer, storm water, water and sewer plant and other site infrastructure, buildings and pavement systems. He specializes in reviewing existing conditions to provide reasonable asset management solutions with innovative system rehabilitation programs.
